Sign in to your business

Enter your sign-in email on the sign-in page. PesaNet sends you a one-time link; open it on the same device to sign in.

Each link works once and expires after a short time. Ask for a new one if it has expired.

The sign-in email did not arrive

Wait a minute, then check your spam or junk folder.

Make sure you typed the address your business signed up with, or the one you were invited with.

Ask for a new link. If nothing arrives, write to support@pesanet.app from that address.

Two-step verification

After the email link, PesaNet asks for a second step: a passkey (recommended), a code from an authenticator app, or a code sent to your phone.

If you cannot use your usual method, sign in with one of your recovery codes; each works once.

Lost your device and your recovery codes? Write to support@pesanet.app from your sign-in address. PesaNet tells you what it needs to confirm it is you.

Sign up a business

Signing up gives you a sandbox right away, to build and test without real money.

Live payments need business verification by PesaNet, a payout destination and a signed agreement with PesaNet.

Employees: sign in to see your pay

Employees sign in on the employee sign-in page with the phone number of their PesaNet account. The code is sent to the PesaNet app on that phone, so keep the app signed in.

You see only your own pay, benefits and leave. Your employer sees what it records for your pay (amounts, benefits, leave and where your pay is sent); PesaNet does not show it your wallet balance or your other transactions.

Employees: accept an invitation

Your employer invites you through PesaNet. Open the PesaNet app for the invitation code, then enter it on the employee invitation page.

No PesaNet account yet? Create one in the PesaNet app with the phone number your employer has, then ask them to invite you again.
